Our focus is to optimize the telecom services at your properties while simultaneously maximizing financial results for the benefit of your bottom line. Working with service providers in your geographic area such as Comcast Xfinity Communities, Spectrum Community Solutions, Cox Communities, Breezeline Select Communities, Altice Optimum Multifamily Solutions, Blue Stream Communities, AT&T Connected Communities , Verizon Enhanced Communities, CenturyLink Connected Communities, Quantum Fiber Lumen Technologies, MIDCO Property Solutions, Hotwire Communications, DirecTV, Dish Network and more, we’ll focus on negotiating the services, financial and contractual arrangements that best meet your specific community needs. We work with all of the service providers. Our clients retain approval authority regarding entering into any agreements for their portfolio properties. Our fees are typically contingency based, so if we don't save money or secure financial incentives for our client, then we don’t earn any fees or compensation! This provides significant upside for your portfolio, and maintains our focus on delivering superior financial and service results.
